Cooking
1 . Stage
140 grams of cookies (break into pieces) and melted butter combine and grind with a food processor.

2 . Stage
The mixture should look like wet sand.

3 . Stage
Crumble it into the bottom of a mold (preferably a cake tin) or a pastry ring. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4 . Stage
Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes. I soaked it in 20% cream.

5 . Stage
Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at 300 watts.

6 . Stage
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave for 2-3 minutes at 450W, stirring a couple of times.

7 . Stage
Place cottage cheese, cream and melted chocolate in the bowl of a blender.

In the "Pulse" mode, combine everything until homogeneous. Add the gelatin and whisk well again.

9 . Stage
Pour crumbled cookies (2 pcs.) into the curd mass and mix.

10 . Stage
Place the mixture on top of the base and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to harden the cheesecake.

11 . Stage
Remove the cheesecake carefully from the mold and decorate as you wish. I just put a little tangerine jam on top of the cheesecake.
